What to include

Send the email connected to your Draxstar account or waitlist entry, the device and app version if applicable, screenshots when useful, and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords, one-time codes, or payment credentials.

Draxstar is pre-launch. Support responses are handled manually while the company is being set up, with safety and account access issues treated first.
